Courier Management Platform

My thesis entitled Courier management platform focuses on the analysis, design and implementation of an integrated management system of a courier company using WordPress. The platform integrates all the necessary features of a courier company, such as real-time shipment tracking, parcel, store and distributor management.

The aim of the platform is to meet specific requirements, to be user-friendly and pleasant, providing a seamless experience for both customers and the courier company’s stores and employees. To achieve this goal, certain criteria had to be set on the platform, such as the assignment of roles to users and the creation of an independent management dashboard for stores and the creation of an independent page for distributors.
